Order of the Arrow
Wek-Wek Apanuc

Greetings Arrowmen!

Welcome to the website of
Wek-Wek Apanuc

Wek-Wek Apanuc is the Order of the Arrow Chapter representing the Muir District of the Mt. Diablo Silverado Council, and is part of the Ut-In Sélica Lodge. The Totem for Wek-Wek is the Falcon.

Wek-Wek Apanuc has its regular meetings to coincide with Muir District Roundtable, on the first Thursday of each month, at the LDS Church, at 1590 Denkinger Road in Concord.

The Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s National Honor Society, dedicated to cheerful service and the promotion of camping. Arrowmen from Wek-Wek Apanuc should be an example to scouts in their own troop, as well as a camping resource to all of the packs and troops in the Muir District.

Wek-Wek Apanuc has the following goals for the coming year:

Wek-Wek will provide assistance at Muir District’s Camporee.

The Apanuc will hold OA elections at all troops that want elections within the District and will hold an appropriate call-out ceremony for scouts elected into the Order.

All eligible Ordeal members will be encouraged to seal their membership by becoming Brotherhood members.

Wek-Wek will be represented at Ut-In Sélica Lodge events, including the Lodge Dinner, Ordeals, and fellowship, and at Section W-3N’s Conclave.
